The Original Dance Shack!
Leatherhead Dance Shack is where it all started. This school opened in 2006 with 7 students. We now offer classes 6 days a week including Street Dance, Musical theatre, several Ballet classes, Hip Hop, Heels Street Dance, drama, contemporary, tap dance and commercial jazz. We also have two thriving competition teams for students who want to take their dance a little more seriously. These teams have competed successfully in competitions locally and regionally and have performed at the O2 and at Wembley amongst other venues!
All students can apply to join our sister agency, Shack Attack, which represents children of all ages in Film, Television and Theatre.

MEET THE TEAM
Lisa Evans-Hughes
Lisa, a graduate of Italia Conti, has been performing since age 3 and teaches a range of dance styles. She has choreographed for BBC's Children in Need, toured with Anton Du Beke and Erin, and performed in The Magic of Michael Jackson at The London Palladium. Lisa also choreographs for competition teams and the VIAM Choir Show at Wembley Arena.
Lucy Holloway
Lucy Holloway, AISTD, LAMDAdip, trained at Italia Conti and has extensive theatre credits, including The Ratpack, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Cats, and West Side Story. She has taught at leading schools such as Italia Conti and Mountview Academy, and is passionate about sharing her love of performance and teaching through Dance Shack.

2 first places for our Surbiton and Leatherhead teams
Leatherhead Seniors and Surbiton Juniors both competed over the weekend at the SOAR competition in K2 Crawley. And they both gained 1st place!
