Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Dance Shack uniform. If you need to return an item because it’s the wrong size, please follow the steps below.
How to Return an Item
Repackage the item securely in its original condition (unworn and with tags still attached).
Include a note with your order number, your child’s name, and the school and class they attend.
Post the parcel to:

Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please email uniform@danceshack.co.uk with your order number and the new size required.
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll arrange for the replacement item to be posted to you.
A small postage charge will apply to cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Refunds
If a refund is requested instead of an exchange, this will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Personalised Items
Personalised items (those with names printed) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
