Dance Shack Holiday Course Terms & Conditions
1. Fees & Cancellations
All course fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Dance Shack. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or any other reason.
2. Injuries & Health
Please ensure you inform the teacher of any existing injuries or health concerns before the course begins.
3. Physical Contact
On occasion, physical contact may be necessary to demonstrate movements or assist students safely.
4. Hydration
We encourage students to stay hydrated. Please bring a water bottle to each session. Water fountains are also available in or near all our studio spaces.
5. Behaviour & Conduct
Students are expected to listen, participate positively, and respect others during class. While we aim to create a fun, inclusive environment, disruptive behaviour that affects others’ learning will not be tolerated. Students who are disruptive may be asked to leave. Dance Shack reserves the right to refuse entry to classes at our discretion.
6. Photography & Media
By enrolling, you give permission for Dance Shack to use photos, video footage, and audio recordings of your child for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, newsletters, posters, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to give this consent, or if you would like any images removed from our records, please contact us directly.
7. Data Protection
Dance Shack collects and holds personal information about our students to manage course bookings and communications. This information is kept secure and will never be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. You can view our full GDPR statement on our website.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child in a Dance Shack Holiday Course, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
