1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Dance Shack Uniform Shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or a refund.


3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed through our online shop. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
We accept secure online payments through our approved payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed once we dispatch your items.


4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly shown during checkout and added to your total before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.


5. Delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and seasonal demand.
We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, courier delays, or supply chain issues).

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.


6. Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) to:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
Personalised items (such as those with names printed or embroidered) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact uniform@danceshack.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it.
We may ask for photos of the fault or damage to help assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


8. Personalised Items

Personalised products are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Please check all spelling and details carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.


9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for the goods in that order.


10. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your details are used only for processing your order and communicating with you about your purchase.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
