Classes for children Aged 3 to 18
There is a busy timetable in Surbiton, with two venues – one at Shrewsbury House School and one at the opposite end of Surbiton on St Marks Hill.
We offer Street Dance, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, drama, and lyrical dance. For those who want to take their dance further we also have two thriving and successful competition dance teams, where students have the opportunity to compete in local and regional competitions. We are constantly looking at new additions to the timetable at Surbiton: one of our most popular new classes is Heels Street Dance. Students can also be considered for our professional agency, Shack Attack, which represents talented children in Film, Television and Live Theatre.

MEET THE TEAM
Rianna Croll
Rianna is Deputy Principal of Dance Shack. She trained at The BRIT School and Performers College, and has performed internationally as a commercial dancer, showgirl, and Burlesque solo artist. Her credits include Britain's Got Talent, BBC Children in Need, and An Evening of Burlesque UK Tour. She now teaches full-time, holding a DDI qualification, and has been with Dance Shack since 2015.
Elin Georgina Davies
I trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School before earning my degree in Musical Theatre from Laine Theatre Arts. My professional debut was in The Land of Might Have Been at the Buxton International Festival, and I understudied Cinderella in Cinderella with PHA Pantomimes. I've also recorded vocals for Virgin Voyages. I'm passionate about teaching and inspiring confidence and creativity in young performers.

2 first places for our Surbiton and Leatherhead teams
Leatherhead Seniors and Surbiton Juniors both competed over the weekend at the SOAR competition in K2 Crawley. And they both gained 1st place!

We are delighted to offer exciting 3 and 5 day holiday courses which provide an intensive programme of dance and performance skills training, led by our highly experienced teachers.
The courses are open to students of all abilities and aim to provide an enjoyable and friendly environment in which to really boost your level of dance and performance and learn new skills. There is no need to be a member of Dance Shack to join. Get fit, learn routines and make friends, working on your stage skills of dancing, acting and singing.
Dance styles include Street, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre and Jazz. Students will work towards a performance for friends and family on the last afternoon. You would not believe how much students achieve in just a few days! Our holiday courses are always very popular, so do book early to be sure of a place.
