Hip Hop

Hip Hop classes start with a high intensity warm up, to build stamina and strength. After that students will use mats to train some basic breakdancing tricks. This includes but is not limited to: headstands, baby freezes, L kicks, windmills, butterflies, the worm and cartwheel variations.
Dance routines for this class are rooted in Street Dance style, but with a heavier, harder, Hip Hop feel to edgier music.
